  RJ painting (general contractors) (360) 793-2950 and Fresh Start Flooring (425) 238-9540 (located in Monroe) are both very good and reasonably priced. I used RJ when I was managing a small apartment community and my mother uses Fresh Start for the properties she has managed in the past (now she has to use a corporate chosen installer)

I currently need referrals for: Painters, fencers, general handyman, someone who can repair or replace siding, yard cleanup, flooring specialists and Insurance agents that provide homeowners insurance.   I was a property manager for a few years and we used Jon at RJ Painting. They do painting, roofing, general contractor. Amazing family based group from Sultan. (360) 793-2950
