I am passionate about fitness and the outdoors. I have been a qualified fitness instructor for 24 years and Personal trainer for 6 years.Classes include Circuits, Intervals, Running, Combat, Kettlercise and Conditioning. For timetable check out my website www.workoutwarriors.co.uk. Go to any class for £5 with loyalty card, 6th class is free.. Personal training in Ambleside. £25 an hour in Ambleside, £40 an hour in your own home. Welcoming, friendly, challenging classes to suit everyone.
