  Can anyone recommend a good orthodontist for a teenager? His insurance denied him coverage, so we will be paying for this out of pocket. I took my daughter to Dr. Ollard in Sevierville (hers were approved by her insurance) and they called this morning and it is over $5k. I was expecting that, but thought I would shop around and see if there was another office that might be a bit more affordable......
