  Casey S. wrote: Made an appt told $65 for a Service Call & would be given an estimate for the cost of any parts or labor needed to fix it. Kevin arrived, look at fridge then said there was an ice build up in the fridge. He said he melted it & if it happened again to leave the door open for 24 hrs then asked for $110. I asked what happened to an estimate for any add'l charges or at least telling us. He said, "I'm sorry for not telling you but I did the work & your fridge is working now". I told him this was not right. He said, "fine I'll charge you the $65 but don't call me again, I'm not coming back". Other than not forthcoming, he was knowledgable, arrived in a company van & wearing a uniform. If you call this company I would make it clear as soon as they arrived you need to know if there will be any add'l charges.
