Nick is fantastic & very friendly, he colour matched my hair perfectly and the fitting was quite quick. I had lots of compliments. Unfortunately I had a faulty batch of extensions and a lot of them came away from the metal tips that they use to clip the rings to so within 6 weeks nearly all had come out. I only had a few left in when I was due to go back for maintenance, Nick offered to glue them in for me as he couldnt re-attach them with the rings, but as I didnt want glue ins I decided to take them out instead. (Nick has changed supplier since this issue).
