  My dog hates any "service" (vet, grooming...she gets very scared). She does well at Mona's Pet Salon on 5 th. There are usually other dogs around, friendly ones, that distract my dog enough, and Mona herself is very friendly and loving. Mona is the first person I found that could do her nails, and now we also do a quarterly de-shed treatment there (my dog is a German Shepherd mix and doesn't need much grooming).

I've had many people from Mt Vernon, Delaware and the Columbus area ask me for recommendations for good groomers near them. These are many times my clients' family members who live far away from my salon and are looking for awesome groomers &/or dog washes near them. And of course, I'd like the same if you have someone ask about a great groomer in the Granville area. Also, there has been an awful lot of "cheap" groomers in my area devaluing what we all do for a living. They charge $25-30 for a standard poodle groom and it's awful. Thoughts??
