Thank goodness we did! A family business with years of experience, they spent two days trying to sort out the all the problems (which we thought were insurmountable). BUT, they did - and we couldn't be happier. Reliable, punctual, and very reasonably priced we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone (even the cowboys that did the first installation)
