  Hi Silvia I've send you a private message! My True-Pilates studio is located in Leiden near Oegstgeest. I work according the True-Pilates Method and offer small group movements Pilates Mat ( every day morning and evening classes ) as well as Pilates personal training with Gratz-Pilates apparatus. It is possible to teach in the client's home as well. Near my studio there are free parkingplaces. I am educated by J.H. Pilates protege Romana Kryzanowska and her daughter ( New York ) as well at the Romana's Pilates education center in The Hague. Romana's Pilates or True-Pilates teachers are the only one that master the complete method and work according the legacy of J. H. Pilates himself. Posture analysis and programming are included in the sessions! Every session is tailored to the client's specific needs.   I currently use Sport City, but they only have 1 yoga class per week! I've been thinking of quitting and am curious if anyone uses vlietlijn. I've noticed that they open at 7:00 a few days per week, which would allow me to work out before work (why do gyms open at 8:30 here? It's insane!)Their class schedule looks fantastic and I'm wondering if anyone could give me some feedback. Are the classes good, really crowded, well taught? Are there many cases where some of the class speaks only English? Otherwise, a proper yoga or pilates studio or another gym suggestion would be appreciated!
