About us

Ravelle was established by Lauren Gresham, known by many as Chef Elle, in September 2012. Chef Elle was classiclly trained in French culinary techniques at the International Culinary Center (founded as the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, NY. She graduated with honors in April 2014. Her vision was to create a small business that would ravel together all of her culinary interests & support her in her journey towards becoming a chef. Today, Ravelle offers a variety of services, including premium baked goods, catering services, and private chef services.
