  I'm looking for a really good HVAC person to troubleshoot and repair 2 zones that no longer hold a charge and one zone that does not call the air handler all year long. Each season a different tech comes and tells me they fixed it only for it not to work when I switch from AC to heat or vice versa. I've been using a relatively large local company but the techs they send vary in skill set and I find them very expensive. Id prefer a reliable owner/operator and ideally someone who can service both my central air and Buderus furnace.
