  ISO of local builders to choose from. We are thinking about building in Shady Hills or Hudson. It seems like there is slim pickings out there right now. We are not interested in a custom builder. A pre-designed home with average amenities is fine. My mind is drawing a blank. I am only able to think of a few. We are looking to build around 2500+ square foot with a 3 car garage.
