  La U. wrote: Poor patient, services. I called to make an appointment they had me on hold for almost an hour. I hung up call them back, the lady said can I hold I said no I waited for almost an hour and I had to call back. She said what can I help you with? I said I would like to make an appointment! She said OK hold please. I WAS ON HOLD AGAIN FOR 45MINS. It's so unprofessional/rude! I wouldn't waist my time with this Dentist.
