  Suggestion for bathroom re-modelers? I recently moved to the Cincy area and one of the bathrooms in the house we bought could really use a facelift. It's a small bathroom, about 55 sq ft total floor area. We'd need demo of existing including the tile floor and wainscoting. I'd like to move the toilet about 6" and add an exhaust fan and relocate a light. Other than that it'd be a new vanity and walls and flooring. Anybody know of some good re-modelers who can get it done relatively quickly?

It has a finished basement, however the finished portion is basically wood paneling on two walls and then sealed concrete on the other two walls. I'm pretty handy and have done drywall before, however I would prefer a professional to handle this as there will be outlet boxes that need to be moved as well as a main water shutoff to somehow hide (In my head I am thinking of putting a metal box in the drywall so we can hide it but still access it). Anyway, anyone have any recommendations? Would be a pretty decent sized job, and I will probably get quotes to do just the two walls, to do all 4 walls, and even to do all 4 walls and the ceiling (currently has a drop tile ceiling) and go with whatever I can make work with our budget.   KBC (key to better construction, www.kbcinc.net) are darn expensive but darn good. Ken Bryan is the owner, and for both projects we've had them do he showed up the first and last day, and kept in contact, to make sure we were happy with everything. They are extremely professional and he knows his stuff. They came up with some good ideas for getting around a tricky situation on our pantry. They will also do as much or little as you want. We've had really good experiences with them. But again, they're pretty expensive.
