  Looking for advice/recommendations.. A family member rented a vacation house on vrbo in Florida. The house was absolutely disgusting when they arrived: mold all over the pool, missing outlet cover with exposed wires next to children's bed, blinds falling off the wall, roach in the washer, lighting fixtures handing off the wall, microwave hanging..I'll stop but there's A LOT more. Family ended renting another house. The owner of the original house is refusing to give any money back. Judging by the pictures on the internet and the pictures that were taken upon arrival I think they have a case..false advertising.. Yes? No? Looking for a lawyer.. Sorry so lengthy

  Oh I just saw the total. $3,800 is alot of money. If it was just $800, I would handle in small claims myself if I were them. But for $3,800 I would consult with an attorney.
