  Thanks for replying/ clarifying, Andy Landsburgh. As I'm sure you can know, it's quite a task renting an apartment sight unseen in a city you don't really know. I really appreciate your point of view and hearing more about EFR. We're looking at a few places on EFR and a couple other sites. Does anyone know about http://www.festivalflats.net/? Is that who you meant you rented from in the past, Croft Vaughn ? So many of them sound similar so it's not always easy to tell...
