About us
My name is Claire, I am a level 3 Pilates instructor. I hold a specialist diploma in advanced Pilates and am qualified in pre and post natal exercise and common orthopaedic conditions.
My current classes:
Monday Morning at Oakington Sports Pavilion:
9:30 - 10:30 Mixed Ability
10:45 - 11:45 Riders
3:00 - 4:00 seniors over 65s
Wednesday Evenings at Humpty Dumpty pre school Oakington:
6:30 - 7:30 Mens Pilates
7:45 - 8:45 Mixed Ability
Thursday Evenings at Humpty Dumpty pre school Oakington:
6:30 - 7:30 Mixed Ability
7:45 - 8:45 Advanced
Booking is required for all classes
£8 per class pay as you go or £40 for a 6 session pass, only valid for 8 weeks. Please bring your own mat
