  Sam S. wrote: Horrible experience from onto it property I had my horrible experience to share, beginning of this year, I planned to replace my house gutter. So I tried a few companies for quotation. One of the companies is Kyle onto it property. On my email, I clearly asked for the price of replacement of all my house gutters. Kyle offered me a quote and he knew it is a replacement, NOT a cleaning or fix. I accept his quote and the night mare begin. After a long time waiting, the job finally started in a raining day. They hired 3 school boys to do the job, to be honestly, nothing about the quality for the gutter. But they only finished half of the replacement (two levels of my house), they left the second level old gutter there and Kyle asked me to finish the payment. I felt very strange and I talked to him, Kyle started to apologize… he said he made a mistake, but he needed extra $500 to finish the job and also he needs the full payment to clear his fees. He promised he definitely will finish the second part of job as soon as possible. I am a migrant in New Zealand for 25years now, based on the excellent impression of kiwi people, I think kiwi people are honest and I understand everyone can make a mistake, so I do the full payment to Kyle, even he hasn't finished his job. The following story is Kyle stopped taking my calls and ignored my message at all!!! For me, it is fine, I am okay to pay for my lesson, but it really changes my impression of kiwi, at least, I understand not every kiwi is honest. Also, I shared my story here, I hope people who see my story won’t have the nightmare again from ontoit property.
