  Julie, It sounds like you may well be on track here w/ good neighbor connections, which is so great! If, though, your post doesn't get you & your little guy matched up for a home-visit cut, maybe try calling Kathy Golden@Curl Up & Dye on St. Clair. Kathy used to live on Sidney, just west of Ohio, still has ties here & has a big <3 for the 'hood. Plus, she's terrific w/ kiddos (all ages). While I can't speak for her, it's possible she'd make arrangements w/ you for a home visit cut: 651-690-4879.
