  Judith D. wrote: An utter let-down. Ethan's company is extremely unreliable, unprofessional & uncommunicative. Having failed to turn up on the scheduled day, Ethan then followed this with 3 more no-shows, despite repeated (but empty) promises to come & complete the work. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know, so I was left hanging on for 4 days, having re-scheduled work appointments etc, repeatedly having to chase them up. Various excuses were given, eg a claim of 'bad weather', even though the weather was fine & perfect for the work. Failure to follow directions to the property then meant another excuse for a complete no-show, and so it went on. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional, reflecting a complete lack of consideration for the customer. To top it all, I've today heard from the company who outsource groundworks to Ethan that he's suddenly resigned from all his commitments to them, without warning, claiming that it's not worth his while to fulfil small contracts. So, the company, I & other clients have been left in the lurch, as scheduled contracts now can't be fulfilled. Ethan has shown no sense of responsibility to clients so I would warn you to steer well clear of his company.
