  Mills T. wrote: We called them out last minute when our ancient boiler gave up. They came out same day and condemned the boiler and explained why to our landlord for us. Made sure he knew he needed to replace it. Which was incredibly helpful. And they followed up the next day with advice to the landlord about choosing a registered gas boiler technician.
