Fort B. replied:
Referrals are required unless you go to visit with an MFLC (Military Family Life Consultant). MFLCs may be imbedded in your Soldier's unit, or you can get in touch with one through Army Community Service (915-569-4227, select option zero). You can get a referral from Tricare or from Military OneSource. Good luck!
