Mike Gilmore and his father, Frank Gilmore, started a local Chem-Dry Franchise in the spring of 1991. After many successful years as a Chem-Dry franchise owner, Mike decided to change the direction of the business and rebranded as Gilmore Home Services to describe better what services we provide. Most of our customers come by word-of-mouth. This is a testament to the high-quality work ethic Mike and family offers to each and every customer.
Gilmore Home Services is knowledgeable in all things carpet and upholstery related. In July 2010, pressure washing and gutter cleanout & repair services were added. This was due to customers continually asking us for assistance with their gutters and pressure washing needs. In 2013, the River Crossing Community hired Gilmore Home Services to pressure wash all of the sidewalks in the entire 200+ home neighborhood!
