  Does anyone know of a plumber in the Hat that doesn't shake his head ,whistles thru his teeth ,Ums and r,s. Comes out with vague assessments and can do a job without quoting numbers that resemble the dailing code for Beijing.So let down by the bunch of cowboys we have tried so far.Its a leaking hose connection that requires fixing not the Oilsands pipeline project
