  When we were there http://www.andrewnormandds.com/ He was BRILLIANT with Hermione and his staff was amazing. They don't specifically do pediatric- but they are fully equipped for pediatric from everything like bears to hold, fun ceilings kids can pick to look at etc... It was great.
