  Try calling Maple Leaf Medical at (416) 465-0756. They are located at 14 College St across from College subway. There are several doctors.

  Try Maple Leaf Medical Clinic where my doctor is on College near Yonge. There are four or five doctors practicing in that office. I can get their # if you are interested.
