On our original invoice from our first date of service it clearly stated they needed to return in order to finish the job. It stated nothing about more money due at all. This business is poorly run. Calls are not returned promptly, we were told a few days for part to be ordered. Two months later it was done. And the undisclosed additional charges. Do business at your own risk.

That's $1,860.00 an hour for labor, PURE ROBBERY. I need someone who is HONEST, reasonably priced, and will at least semi guarantee their work for even a short time. I know good mechanics, carpenters, and plumbers, and will share them with anyone who needs them, but I can NOT find a good HVAC person.
