  Norahs N. wrote: He was hired to trim trees and we were assured by him that we wouldn't have to worry about dead branches falling on our roof. 2 weeks later we had a dead branch fall and put a hole in our roof, he wouldn't stand by his "satisfaction guarantee". Last night had another branch fall, this time it did not do damage, but none the less could have. Very disappointed.
