We are a husband and wife team (Rob and Jolie Brox) who brings the gym to you; your home, work, gym, school, church or local park. We motivate and educate our clientele on how to have fun while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Fit 4 You, has recently celebrated four years of service to the community facilitating personal and group workout sessions, bootcamps, health fairs, Push 4 Peace Rallies, and provides fruit/veggie juices. We present a fun filled atmosphere full of energy, excitement, with various workout equipment and great music for all ages to enjoy.
