Wu family system with roots dating back to the Shaolin temple. Black Dragon is the water element dragon. The system includes patterns of eight animals and drunken fist. Components consist of dim mak (point striking), shuai chiao (Chinese wrestling/throws), san shou (Chinese kickboxing), chin na (pressure points/joint locking), chi kung/qigong (energy cultivation exercise). The healing arts include tien da acupressure, an mo massage, tuina massage (deep tissue/joint manipulation) and herbal medicine.
