If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. He initially came out to look at our whole house fan and realized he didn't bring a tall enough ladder to get into our attic. The next week he came out with a tall enough ladder and climbed up in there. He said he needed to call the company to find out what needed to be done. Two weeks more went by (one month total so far) with very little contact and then he finally called the company. Per the company, we had a special part that needed to be made and he needed to come back a third time to take a photo of the circuit board to send back to the company. It took him another two weeks to come back, but finally he took a photo of the circuit board. He said he'd call the company and I never heard from him again. My husband tried to call him a week later to find out what was going on and the two shared some words; very unprofessional man. It's like he took our money and ran. What should have taken a week tops, ended up taking almost two months. It was a complete pain dealing with multiple calls/texts that were not answered. We had to take matters into our own hands and called the company directly. The company explained that all we needed to do was have the fan removed and sent back in to them. The whole business about a special part was not correct. They asked for his information, because they are removing him from the certified list based on the above information he gave us and our experience we had with him. Please, buyer beware.
