I started at Lowe's; they charged me $45 just to have someone come out and give me an estimate, then they want almost $1,300 (plus tax!) to deliver, install, and remove the old.   Give Rico a call. He is a local, licensed and bonded plumber. 253-370-4619 Note: whatever you do stay away from Fast Hot Water, one of Lowes contractors. Was quoted about the same and final bill was over $2,800.00.
