  Can anybody help? I am in the process of buying a house and the homebuyers report has suggested I get a NICEIC electrician to test the electrics for safety purposes as they have not been looked at for 10+ years. Over the past week I have contacted several electricians but only 1 has responded saying that they are currently too busy to help.
