The pic in my profile is me with a cut from a Cardiff hairdresser who is superb....unfortunately current fiscal challenges make a trip to Caridff every 6 weeks or so, a non-starter! So, HELP............ :( anyone out there who can truly recommend a local-ish, brillaint-with-fine-hair cutter? BTW I know that any good/trained hairdresser should be able to cut any hair.....sadly, that's not been my experience. Also, a recommendation that doesn't require me to take out a bank loan would be a boon :)
