About us
Family owned and run business here in beautiful Port Douglas, operating for 2.5 years so far! We are proud of our efforts to bring Pool Resort up to the 5 star standard (to us any way!) it is currently at - check out the reviews on Tripadvisor!
We also currently have 7 different owners we deal with almost daily if not weekly with private bookings for privately owned room holiday let out. We offer affordable prices with a 5 star standard - not many housekeeping contracts offer that!
Supplying everything from the linen to amenities, we have a quick change over booking covered with no stress for owners (especially out of Towner's!)
Trust us to look after your guests during their stay with our card in the room for any immediate enquiries they may have as we live in town and don't mind helping where needed!
When it comes to bond cleans, we can do one blindfolded! Moving house and don't want the hassles of hiring a cleaner who ends up costing you more money? Enquire today! Standard $40 p/hp/p but like to do an onsite quote. Remember the more you clean and then less we do, the cheaper it is though!
