About us
Maddy's Closet is a place where creations are born. Font colors, fabrics and designs are all custom made. Please message me regarding special occasions such as: birthdays, holidays, military homecomings, family events and much more! I will find a fabulous design to fit every occasion.
Production Time -
My current time frame before delivery is 2-3 weeks. If you need an expedited option please message me for further details.
Product Specifications -
At Maddy's Closet all of our items are made to your specifications. All spelling and color choices need to be verified prior to invoice.
Sizing -
We primarily use Carter's® brand clothing.
Bodysuits offered in the following sizes:
3, 6, 9, 12 and 18 months.
Offered in short and long sleeve.
Shirts offered in the following sizes:
2-3 toddler ~ 27-35 lb/19-21in
4-5 toddler ~ 36-46lb/21-23in
6-6x toddler ~ 47-59lb/23-25in
Offered in short and long sleeve.
Payments -
Once your ordered in confirmed and all required information is given you will receive and invoice from Maddy's Closet through PayPal. All invoices are to be paid within 48 hours. Our products are made on a "first paid first made" basis.
Shipping -
Your order will be sent by USPS. Delivery is typically 2-5 business days. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email regarding your tracking information. **Please note I am only able to ship to the address provided on PayPal.**
Refunds/Exchanges -
Because all of our creations are made to order, I do not generally give a refund. However, please let me know if, for some reason you are unhappy, and I will do my best to make it right.
