I saw Dr. Arnold and he was able to help me with some exercises and stretches crucial to my healing. It has now been close to a year and I am healing nicely thanks to Dr. Arnold.

  Can anyone recommend a really good deep tissue hot spot massage therapist that is available within the week? I have recurring Achilles Tendonitis that is going on 4 years now. I just heard that the cause is likely hot spot issues in my calves but I cannot massage the knot out that I found.   Westward wellness pain and massage....Rob Arnold I had severe headaches first time I saw him I couldn't believe how wonderful I felt...it was like a dark cloud was gone....you can book a 1/2 or 1 hr appt....250-613-2251 office is at 1717 3 rd Ave think its spruce capital kinda kiddie corner to friendship centre.... suite 217 hope u try him have referred few people and they were pleased I don't get anything for referring except the satisfaction of hearing back from the people how much better the felt....good luck let me know how u feel afterwards
