  Looking for reliable car repair advice and/or service here in Eugene One of my buddies got into a minor car wreck that involved him rear-ending a car ahead of him and is now in a situation where his insurance company is claiming that the damages on his car are so severe that the cost to repair it surpass 80% of the car's worth (car cost about $7,000), a circumstance that the insurance company will not cover. Now I can't say I know much about car repairs and the cost that goes into them but I'm positive that the minor damages that his car experienced in the crash are not even close to what his insurance company claims the costs are to repair it.
