Lucas & Julian Cogdill specialize in all aspects of Real Estate including Residential, Luxury, Commercial, & Land Acquisition. Julian has her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wyoming and Lucas has many years experience in oil and gas, which has him watching trends that affect the current Real Estate market. They share a business philosophy that Real Estate isn’t a sales industry, but a service industry. They strive to have the best educated clients in Real Estate so that those clients can in turn make savvy and educated real estate decisions. When not advising and educating their clients, both Lucas and Julian sit on the Casper Board of Realtors. Lucas is the current President of our Casper Board of Realtors, sits the committees for ethics and pro standards, grievance, and social media (amongst others). Julian is the current President-Elect of our Casper Board of Realtors. She co-chairs the committee on public policy. Before joining Real Estate Leaders in December of 2015, they were the 2014 top producing agents for Coldwell Banker in Casper, as well as the top producing team in the state of Wyoming for Coldwell Banker that same year.
