Not only could the drivers not find our office and have to be directed in a few times, the customer service is the WORST. I paid for one of our executives to be taxied to the airport via a credit card on the phone. I was promised an emailed receipt. This was in March 2016. It is now May 2016 and the receipt has not yet been delivered to my e-mail. I have made several calls to them and have been disrespected by a guy who refuses to give his name and claims he is a supervisor and reports to no one. I was transferred to a so-called billing department where there is a voicemail to leave pertinent information such as the credit card number. No one returned my calls. The owner of this company needs to resolve this issue! I will never use them again!Thank you for your feedback. -

The taxi did not show up at 4.15 am, despite I specifically indicated that we're going to the airport! 10 min later the operator told my husband that the driver was "already dropping somebody off" in about 15 min from our place, and recommended to call the office back "if the car does not arrive in next 30 minutes". Of course, dear Allthrees, all your drivers were busy at 4 am, and all roads were packed with traffic jams! I've been using taxi service in many countries but could not even imagine that it can be SO POOR and outrageous! And finally, thanks to Uber who saved my husband from missing his flight, who arrived very quickly, and costed almost two times less than this lousy All Threes!Thank you for your feedback.

The owner did not want to listen and tried to blame me for trying to tell them where Iived after getting passed around to 3 people without any communicaion as to who I was being passed to and could not explain how they were going to get to my home. The owner hung up on me and threatened to call me every night at 2 am!!!!! Also threatened to call the police because I raised my voice after being told where I LIVED!!!!! which was WRONG!!!Was this review helpful to you?
