It was a very hard deal with many obstacles, Ivan and his team work very hard and treated my clients like a million dollar customers and they were buying a 136-k home. That is what I call caring for people’s dreams.

  We do loans down to a 580 score. I will also counsel you to bring your scores up, you don't have to pay for credit repair. There are certain derogatory items on your credit that we as lenders don't care about, that is why is a lot easier, quicker and cheaper to fix your credit to 580 plus with us.
