I have pictures of all of the faulty work he has done. This man lies, his work is garbage and he yells at his customers if he doesnt agree. We are seeking retribution and ask for your help to spread this anywhere you can. He screws people then runs! PLEASE LOOK AT PICS IN COMMENTS DOES THIS LOOK LIKE 19 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE?

Hired them to install new hardwood flooring and they didn't even nail all the boards down. They move and have huge gaps now. Even the STAPLES are visible! My lawyer said they are responsible to let the homeowners know about the moisture in the home and THEY are supposed to measure the moisture in the home to see if hardwood can be installed ESPECIALLY during winter to avoid gaps but they didn't measure anything or talked to us at all about moisture. We put in a humidifier in the home and the moisture levels are now where they are supposed to be and gaps still look huge. We have dark hardwood and th gaps are orange wood color gosh I wish I can post a photo. Anyway, we hired a Certified NWFA Floor Inspector and they found that the gaps are due to improper installation of the floor. NOT MOISTURE. They were also supposed to finish the trim & tile in my kitchen and I had to hold off on the remodeling of our home because I was pregnant and gave birth at the time so when I called them about a month later letting them know that the counter tops were ready and they can come whenever they can they said 3 weeks. 3 weeks passed they never called, so I called them and they said "Ill call you monday" never called. At this point I just know they aren't coming and Elton said its not his problem that I gave birth and couldnt have them do it sooner but thats not the point. The point is he never could tell me when he can finish the kitchen and I read so many reviews about them not finishing the job so they weren't planning on to. My lawyer said to hire another contractor to get the job done then we will go after them for the money and trouble. Oh by the way, we paid them in full. So everyone was right, they take your money and never hear from them again. Tomorrow I am going to Frankfort/Morris and file a complaint against their license. Going to file complaint on BBB as well. Not letting this go. I don't mind spending the money and time filing a lawsuit against them and screw them over like they screwed us.
