AGP Autoservice began in June 2012, and has been rapidly growing ever since. Ali Phillips is a level 3 qualified light vehicle technician who is fully insured and running the business as a sole trader. The business has a mobile service van which enables Ali to complete most service and maintenance work at the customers’ house or required location, without the customer having to lift a finger. Many people have taken advantage of this mobile service and have been very satisfied with the results. Due to the low overheads AGP is able to offer garage quality service and maintenance work for a considerably less amount of money, which is essential in the current financial climate. Ali is a keen, enthusiastic technician who is always looking to find the cheapest and most efficient result for the customer, and will always go the extra mile to make this happen. Although the business is currently mobile, a fixed premises is something that will be seen in the future, but Ali will be keeping the mobile service available to customers as it has had such a good response and means the customer doesn’t have to step out the front door for the work to be completed.
