  Reaching out for some quick advice. Hurt my left lower/ middle back near kidneys area. Is continuos pain that worsens with movement or stretching. I've never injured my back, but have already taken pain meds and not even denting the pain. Anyone experience and it was justa minor sprain or pinched nerve, or possibly worse?   If you don't get any relief soon go see David Milgram. His office is downtown. 774-2272. He fixed my shoulder a couple months ago when I could hardly move or breath. He also fixed my hips and lower back.
