We are a full service appraisal management company providing a cost effective source for Federally Insured lending institutions to comply with Interagency Guidelines regarding the establishment of an independent real estate appraisal and evaluation program. The appraisal independence requirement mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires an institution’s collateral valuation function to be independent of the loan production process.
