  Another enquiry from me! Have water marks on the kitchen ceiling (below upstairs bathroom) which seem to be getting worse again. Have investigated ourselves but can't see where a leak would be coming from. Can anyone recommend somebody local to come take a look? Who is reasonably priced should something need fixed or replaced!   Anyone know a good plumber? One of the cisterns in the recording studio side keeps overflowing after last plumber fitted a substandard part, chipped the toilet seat and put a hole in the flooring. He now refuses to come back and put it right and threatened us with "deadly consequences" if we named him or put up a review about his work. Plonker!
