  Ok my friends the sciatica pain has now gotten to it worst . Was stuck in one position and had to go to ER. Nothing I have been doing isnt working it's just got worse . Have to see a neurologist ASAP.... They gave me name but wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions ... Communion in two weeks momma can't be down :( Help !!!
