  I'm looking for an honest, reliable A/C company for my businesses. As you can see, this is my experience with our previous company in our Nashville location. We had a 5 year warranty, 5 years and 4 months later we can practically purchase a new one for repair cost. We did carry a maintenance agreement and the unit just started not cooling properly periodically out of the blue. I was offered the repair without labor from them but was still over $3000 for the part only. Then they said they would clean and replace the coolant (flush it) at no cost, when I ask if that would fix the problem? I was told no.... so what's the point of doing it? Are commercial A/C units disposable now? Sure seems like it. And yes, we are filing a complaint with the BBB tomorrow. Suggestions on a reliable company are greatly appreciated! Thanks

  Anonymous I had a high humidity problem and told him I thought I needed a whole house dehumidifier. He came out, looked at my units for 45 seconds, told me I needed portable dehumidifiers, which would mean about 10 for my 5,000 sq ft house. I told him that would not work and he said he would call me that day with price of whole house dehumidifier. Charged me 45 for not sure what. I called him based on recommendation here and being a promise keeper but he never kept his promise to me to call me back! I had Mckenzie mechanical come out and they spent 1 1/2 hours and figured my problem was not hvac but structural and did not charge me one dime! That is who I am doing business when I need servicing!
