  [Knightor winery](http://www.knightor.com/) nr the eden project is very nice but ring first as they have weird opening times and can be shut for weeks at a time. Food is great though. Up the road in Lostwithiel - [Terra Nova](http://www.terranovabistro.co.uk/) and [Trewithen](http://www.trewithenrestaurant.com/) are both good. Fowey has some good food and haven't had anything nasty there yet. If you get the little foot ferry across to Polruan, both the [Lugger](http://www.luggerinnpolruan.co.uk) and [Russell Inn](http://www.russellinn.co.uk/) do good bar food with freshly caught fish.
