  River ridge (815) 288-3394 have to pay for the emergency visit and they accept payments after that. They get funding from the community so you might not have to pay for some of her medical. If they having any funds.

  UPDATE .... the county officers that arrived on the scene are not taking it seriously... we need anyone near Lee County Illinois to reach out to whatever agency covers animal cruelty investigation. They are explaining it away by saying that he was hit by a car.... unless an examination is done by a vet I am hesitant to believe that. Please PM if you have any information that we can use to get action ~ Anne
