  Can anybody recommend a good stucco person? Mom's house in Beatrice needs a patch job and I've called two people (one said he'd take a look and never sent me a bid, the other said he's booked til November) and a third one's voicemail is full. Needs to be good cuz it has to match.... but also needs to get done before winter. HEEEEELLLLP!

He is a truly superb real estate agent with LOTS of connections, contractors he knows and trusts, etc. I've watched him deal with remodeling of rental property and am completely amazed at the kid's abilities to manage this kind of thing and find the right people at the right price.
